Fostering Support Ltd welcomes corporate enquiries and will endeavour to create an agreement which recognises the scale of the Fostering Service and budget limitations.

However, we will not compromise service quality to the foster carer and their household nor to the Fostering Service. Providing Independent Support at times of crisis represents savings in recruitment and retention and benefits the Fostering Service overall, such as reduced placement disruptions.

Can include:

• One Training Course - safer care
• Regular Monitoring - common themes and antecedents
• Quarterly Reporting - head of service for CSCI compliance
• Research and Policy Review - risk reduction strategy

• Annual speaker session.

Individual Membership

Includes:

Individually tailored support package;

• 24 hour response to enquiry
• First face to face visit within 3 days where appropriate
• Out of hours on call support
• Regular telephone contact
• Preparation of papers
• Support at interviews
• In consultation with carer respond to reports
• Support for Carer to engage fully in all aspects
• Advice and guidance
• Attend Household Review and Panel
• Support Panel Appeal where applicable
• Mediation and evaluation following investigation process
